Yes. Go to "My bildkontakte" - "My profile" - "change profile". On top you have the indication of your email address. Insert a new email address manually and click on "submit".
Note: You will get an email to your new email address with a link. Click on it inorder to confirm your new email address. Then the change will be effected completely.
You will receive a message at your former email address, too. Just in case of safety.
