Even though it is often being missed, we actually sent out notifications about the automatic subscription to users booking via direct debit transfer system. Here is a description for you to figure out if you have booked a premium-membership with automatic renewal:
When you log-in, you start off automatically from your "Home" page. Here, you can click on "Membership" to see if you have booked a premium-membership with automatic renewal. If it says at what time the membership is being renewed there, you have taken the subscription. If it says at what time the membership ends, you have not. After the expiration of the premium-membership, you will automatically become a free "basic"-member with limited functions.
A subscription can be canceled any time before the next debit entry.
Click on "My settings", then click on "Edit membership" to do so.".
Then proceed to "Cancel premium" and follow the instructions.
