When logged in to www.single.am, just click on "My bildkontakte" - "My profile" - "edit profile" and go to the passage "Optional information". There you can declare that you are owner of a webcam. Regard, that the webcam functionalities are not part of www.single.am and you need a designated program to use the webcam.
